Welcome to the Barn
The barn itself is the heart of Blakstad Gard. This is a venerable barn from the early 1900s, which we have lovingly restored to its original style. Here, rough timber walls and historical charm meet today's demands for comfort.
Although the building carries history in every plank, we have ensured that it will be a warm and atmospheric venue regardless of the season – a unique setting for everything from bright summer weddings to cozy Christmas parties.
Capacity and application
The barn is a flexible venue that can accommodate up to 100 guests, with 90 seats at tables. We rent the venue exclusively with catering, so they can relax and be guests in your own team.
This is the perfect place for the big anniversaries in life, such as weddings, confirmations and baptisms. Here you will get a spacious but intimate setting for the celebration, with food and atmosphere that go hand in hand.
Facilities
We have equipped Låven so that everything is in place for a seamless celebration. Since we are responsible for the catering, the bar and venue are fully set up for you to arrive.

Toilet directly connected to the room.
Projector and large screen for pictures and videos.
Soundbar with subwoofer for atmospheric background music.
Own bar and lounge with old, elegant furniture.
